Kitchen is fully equiped with full size stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave, coffee maker and all utensils, dishes and glassware you will need during your stay.

We provide towels for use in the house plus an additional set for the beach

Beach and Surrondings
Aspen House is a beach front property situated overlooking Hillsbourgh Bay. The beach is accessible via a groomed grass path. The beach is red sand with warm, gentle and safe waters for swimming and beachcombing. A small deck and folding chairs and umbrella are available for your use on the beach. We also provide access to a canoe and kyak (life jackets are provided but you use at your own risk)
Reservations:
email bminnis_pei.sympatico.ca to with cottage name and time period you are interested in.
We will confirm availablility and when you are ready to make a Reservation, we will email you a PayPal invoice.
You can pay this invoice using all major credit cards.
We require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit refunded if the property is subsequently rented for that period

Weekly Saturday till Saturday. Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 10:00 am
Off season rates available (May, Sept, Oct)
Deposit of 50% at time of booking. Balance plus taxes are due on arrival.

Point Prim
Both Aspen House and Rose Cottage are located on Point Prim on the South East coast of Prince Edward Island
Both Aspen and Rose are located on the ocean, with 1000's of feet of beach front with literally Miles and miles of beach combing available to you on a secluded, private, pristine beach.
Shore and song birds aplenty, with frequent flyby's of Osprey and Bald Eagles.
Each property enjoys an unabated Westerly view of Hillsbourgh Bay, Charlottetown across the Bay and the Northumberland Strait - spectacular sunsets included.
We are 30 minutes from Charlottetown and 20 minutes from the Wood Islands ferry.
